The manual is designed to help young people with disabilities who have graduated from specialized secondary and higher educational institutions in the difficult employment case . The emphasis is on the analysis of two main components of the employment process: the choice of job search options for job seekers and personnel selection procedures actively used by employers. The author tried to consider these issues not only in terms of recommendations for people with disabilities, but also from the point of view of the interests of employers themselves, to understand why organizations use certain forms of search and selection of candidates and how this can be used in the interests of those who are looking for work. The manual was issued within the framework of the project "Affordability of employment for people with disabilities", implemented by the NGO "Perspective" with the financial support of the World Bank's Small Grants Program. The goal of the project is to solve the problems of young people with disabilities in the field of employment and increase their competitiveness in the labor market.
