This manual discusses the practical aspects of supported employment in various European countries (Norway, Ireland, Finland, Portugal, Scotland, Holland and Spain) . The aim is to review the organization and management of supported employment services in these countries and, on the basis of these data, their comparative assessment and consideration of important issues about supported employment in general. The manual was issued within the framework of the project "Presentation and approbation of leading foreign experience in the field of employment of people with disabilities", implemented with the financial support of the program of small projects of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Matra/KAP), in 2007-2008.
