This book is a reissue of a book that was popular at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries. brochure printed at the Wilde printing house. In a simple statement, it describes the events of Great Friday - Good Friday, when the Lord Jesus Christ was crucified on Calvary. Correlating the texts of the four Gospels with each other, the author explains and comments on the events that took place on that terrible day and the last words spoken by the Savior before his death on the cross, and thereby, as it were, makes the reader an eyewitness of these events. The original text of the brochure has been slightly revised and adapted for the modern reader. Quotes from the Old and New Testaments are given according to the Synodal translation. The book is addressed to all people who are not indifferent to the Church and who want to learn more about the history of the salvation of man by God.
