It includes consideration of basic theoretical models and practical implications of organizational behavior effects for management. This course is closely related to the courses "General Management", "Professional Management Skills", "Organizational Conflictology" . Part of the material, usually considered in organizational behavior, is transferred to these courses, which allows you to avoid repetitions and consider this material in more detail. Unlike the course of organizational behavior in business schools, which has a practical orientation, this course focuses on methodological grounds and experimental verification of models and theories. The structure of the course as a whole reflects the Western traditions of teaching this discipline, but it is widely represented in Russian cases; materials of the Russian business press and management consulting experience are also used.
