This tutorial reveals the main approaches and methods of knowledge management. After studying the discipline "Knowledge Management", the student should know the main results of the latest research on management problems , Alternative Development Strategies , modern theories and concepts of behavior at different levels , the essence of knowledge and innovation management to ensure the competitiveness of the organization in a strategic perspective, and also be able to manage the development of the organization, carry out analysis and development of organization strategy on the basis of modern methods and advanced scientific achievements .
