Adequacy of anesthesia was evaluated using traditional methods of intraoperative monitoring, determining the dynamics of Adsist Addiast, Adsr, Sa02, heart rate . According to the study, that the maximum changes in cognitive function in the perioperative period occurred in patients of the 3rd group , who underwent combined general anesthesia (severan ,) fentanyl and subdrug doses of ketamine), which confirms the dynamics of the above tests.
