Using a number of tests (mini-mental state examination, clock drawing test, 10-word memory test), a study of cognitive functions in the perioperative period in children aged from b to 10 years was conducted. 45 patients who underwent short-term surgical interventions in the urology clinic . were examined The children were divided into 3 groups depending on the type of anesthesiology manual performed. Adequacy of anesthesia was evaluated using traditional methods of intraoperative monitoring, determining the dynamics of Adsist Addiast, Adsr, Sa02, heart rate . According to the study, that the maximum changes in cognitive function in the perioperative period occurred in patients of the 3rd group , who underwent combined general anesthesia (severan ,) fentanyl and subdrug doses of ketamine), which confirms the dynamics of the above tests.
