The monograph is the first generalization of the results of fundamental physicochemical and biomedical studies of adsorption interactions of highly dispersed silica with bioactive molecules, biopolymers, biomembranes, cells, microorganisms, viruses. The scientific principles and the areas of clinical application of silica in the form of individual and copozytic therapeutics of detoxifying, antimicrobial, hemostatic and antiatherosclerotic action are outlined . The properties and structure of the reaction centers of the Si. surface are described. O2 causing specific interaction with bio-objects. Methods of surface modification are characterized in order to increase the selectivity of adsorption interactions. The main regularities of changes in thermodynamic and kinetic characteristics of adsorption are analyzed. The reasons for the pharmacological effect of the drug and the dose of its use. Detailed technologies for the treatment of toxic infectious diseases, purulent-inflammatory processes, diseases of the cardiovascular system, pathologies of other contiguity.
