The present paper contains the results of research of theoretical and game models of dynamic active systems (DAS). An overview of known results is given, a system of classifications of DAS models is introduced, DAS management tasks are formulated and solved. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the comparative effectiveness of various management modes, as well as the impact of vision and commitment on management effectiveness. The work is designed for specialists (theorists and practitioners) in the management of organizational systems.
