The moral teaching and social foundations of the Jewish people according to their sacred book, the Talmud, with a review of the historical circumstances under which the Jewish people retreated from the law of Moses. Offering Russian readers a translation of the book by Flavian Brenier, I consider it my duty to highly recommend it to all those interested in the Jewish question, and those who are not interested in this , one of the most pressing issues of our time, there are hardly many. From whatever point of view one looks at this issue, its paramount importance cannot be denied. The spontaneous growth of anti-Semitism, covering all countries of the world, threatens the deepest upheaval in the already unstable world situation. Everyone talks about the Jewish question, everyone interprets it at random, and few people know what this question is, and what this Jew is, who is so hated. I think that in order to understand a Jew, it is necessary, at least briefly, to become acquainted with his history and his worldview, which is not at all satisfied by this book, which briefly, concisely sets out, according to indisputable documents, the entire essence of Jewish history from the captivity of Babylon, and the essence of the Jewish worldview , according to his Holy Books.
