Throughout Christian history, the issue of faith and works has been acute. On the one hand, “it is by grace you have been saved... not by works,” and on the other, “faith without works is dead.” Where to find the “golden mean” between faith and works? How do these two concepts relate to each other, and are justification by faith and keeping the law as incompatible as some people think? This book aims to provide specific answers to these questions. Although it contains articles and excerpts from works written many years ago, it has not lost any of its relevance because the issues covered in this book are still relevant to most people.
