Solids, in particular geomaterials and geoenvironments, are considered as nonlinear hierarchically organized block systems that evolve under applied loads according to the laws of nonlinear dynamics or synergetics. The characteristic extent of the destruction of a number of solids has been experimentally determined, coals have been studied most fully. The universal principle of fractal divisibility of geomedias and geomaterials. A complete system of nonlinear equations of mechanics with defining equations in relaxation form, which are in form and in essence evolutionary equations, is recorded. It is shown that the proposed approach allows modeling the processes of self-organization, including the formation of a hierarchy of blocks, the origin and spread of deformation and damage fronts, which are a specific example of self-organization in loaded solids. Numerical solutions of a number of applied problems are given: the cutting process, the formation of dust particles, hydraulic fracturing, the development of catastrophic phenomena in gsored .
