The first part of the textbook is an introductory course for students enrolled in programs for bachelors and masters in Economics. Students are introduced to the fundamental concepts, definitions and classifications of the national accounting system (SNA). The second part is designed for readers who would like to get a deeper understanding of the SNA, its problems and opportunities for analyzing various economic processes. Standard tasks, tests and control questions to all topics, as well as a dictionary of the most important terms of the SNA in Russian and English, and a list of recommended literature .
