The workshop considered some theoretical aspects of gas, high-efficiency liquid, flat, ion exchange chromatography. concerning the basic retention parameters and the separation efficiency of the components of the test mixture. The main attention is paid to the description of laboratory work, devoted to the consideration of techniques and methods of identification, high-quality decoding of chromium, analytical and physico-chemical applications of chromatography .. The workshop was prepared at the Department of Analytical Chemistry of the Faculty of Chemistry of Voronezh State University .
