The work program is developed in accordance with the state educational standards of higher professional education in the direction of training of a certified specialist 654100 (specialty 200400 - "Industrial Electronics") and the direction of training of a bachelor 550700 . The methodical collection contains a work program, methodical instructions for studying the discipline, a thematic plan of lectures, a list of basic and additional literature, tasks for control works . The work program covers the main sections of materials and elements of electronic equipment: dielectric, semiconductor, conductive and magnetic. The study of each group includes the consideration of the physical processes occurring in materials, in relation to their properties.
