Six volumes of Quaderni d. "Anatomy, Sheet A" (Dell.) Anatomia "Fogli A") - "Anatomy, Sheet B" - few anatomical texts of various manuscripts (Atlantic Codex, Codex Trivulzio, Institut de France manuscripts, etc. ), since the text of his records does not represent a complete single integral treatise, and the records and notes to the drawings that he was going (but never going to) over time to systematize and combine, it could not but affect their form. The records are made carelessly, without any desire to at least a little literary statement of the idea .. Leonardo, when writing, does not care about coordination at all, and therefore the phrases stick to each other as if by chance. Having started the main sentence and moving on to the supplementary one, Leonardo often forgets the main thing and leaves it unfinished. Repeat not only individual words, but sometimes word for word whole paragraphs. The author makes it easy to refine the text, and in the labyrinth of his infinite pronouns it is sometimes extremely difficult to understand. Some records become understandable only with a thorough study of the picture .. It is known that Leonardo wore his notebooks on his belt and at any time could put in them the thought that came to him. Apparently, he had in mind the plan of the future treatise on anatomy and even the name of individual chapters (which he sometimes mentions), but, unfortunately, until the implementation of this plan, it never came.
