The paper is devoted to the description of models and methods of material stimulation. The first chapter contains a description of the formulation and common approaches to solving the problems of coordinating the interests of participants in organizational systems. The second chapter reflects the current state of research on basic mathematical models of stimulation. The chapters from the third to the sixth are applied in nature and contain a description of the analysis and synthesis of incentive systems at various facilities: enterprises of special mechanical engineering, enterprises of automotive industry, enterprises of aircraft industry, as well as in medical institutions.
