The immediate tasks of the Technical Encyclopedia are to cover, as far as possible, the entire vast field of applied science and practical technology. At the same time, the Editorial Board considers it its duty to present - as far as possible within the planned volume of the publication - the current state of technological processes. Describe the latest methods and installations, evaluate from the point of view of modern social forms the economy and the dynamics of industrial enterprises of different types. At the same time, the Editorial Board will not lose sight of the deep connection that exists between the successes of theoretical and exact sciences and technology and the practical implementation of the technical idea in the plant...
