The workshop is intended for students in direction 35. 04. 06 "Agroengineering", profile "Energy management and engineering of power systems" in the study of the discipline "Engineering of electrical technologies for processing and storage of agricultural products" . The content of the manual corresponds to the current discipline program and includes the main sections of the study of electrotechnological processes used at agricultural enterprises. The workshop presents research methodologies, calculation and design of electrical technologies for processing and storage of agricultural products , developed at the Department of Energy Supply of Enterprises and Electrical Technology by the Scientific School "Effective Use of Energy , intensification of electrotechnological processes" . Technologies of electromagnetic mechanoactivation, electrotechnology of disinfection and disinsection of technological means of agricultural use, as well as energy-efficient ways of storing vegetables are considered. The method of analysis of efficiency of introduction of innovative electric technologies in agrarian sector of economy is given. The structure of the construction of the chapters of the manual predetermines not only the assimilation of the methodology of research and calculation of electrotechnological processes of processing and storage of products of processes , but also presents a wide range of problematic issues for independent research and practical activities of students . The workshop can be used by masters, graduate students, researchers and engineers working in various areas of the agro-industrial complex and dealing with the problems of energy saving in the energy lines of consumers.
