The training manual presents innovative electrotechnologies of processing and storage of agricultural products, developed at the Department of "Energy Supply of Production in the Agro-Industrial Complex" SPbSAU . Electrotechnologies of electromagnetic mechanoactivation and mixing of agricultural products, disinfection and disinsection of technological means of agricultural use, as well as energy-efficient ways of storing vegetables are considered. The method of analysis of efficiency of introduction of innovative electric technologies in agrarian sector of economy is given. The textbook is compiled in accordance with the work program of the discipline "Electrotechnology of processing and storage of agricultural products" and is intended for masters studying in the direction of "Agroengineering" profile "Electrotechnology and electrical equipment in agriculture" . The training manual can also be recommended to graduate students and research staff working in various areas of the AIC.
