This collection includes the materials of the round table held at the Institute of Historical and Legal Education of BSPU . M. Acmullah 19 December 2009 . The significance of Turkic culture for the history of the Ural region is obvious and does not need additional justification. Therefore, the main attention of the participants of the round table was drawn to the issues of source study of Turkic history and culture .. That is, to a topic that is not yet fully developed. This largely explains the existence of controversial issues and problems in the history of the Turkic peoples, especially in the early stages of their development of the territory of the Urals-Volga.
