The manual presents the characteristics of the geopolitical and ethno-cultural space of the Arctic , Major milestones in the history of international relations and foreign policy of the Arctic and Arctic countries , strategic priorities and interests of the countries of the circumpolar world in the Arctic at the present stage are indicated.
