Presented theses of the winners of the first round of the XXIII Mendeleev competition of research works of chemical students in the nominations: "Research in chemistry" and "Research in chemical technology", who took part in the XXIII Mendeleev conference of young scientists . The Mendeleev Conference of Young Scientists is one of the most prestigious international chemical forums, the main participants of which are young scientists from Russia and neighboring countries. The conference was attended by 96 young scientists from 43 higher education institutions from 26 cities of Russia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine. The purpose of the conference is to exchange knowledge, discuss the current state and achievements of research work of chemical students in the diversity of existing areas of chemical science and technology.
