The monograph is devoted to physical and electrodynamic methods of studying multilayer structures. The seventh part of the monograph presents the energy characteristics of wave propagation in a conducting medium, across the boundaries of the partition of media with complex parameters, when falling on a conducting plate surrounded by a conducting medium and through multilayer structures.
