Daniel Kahneman, Nobel laureate in economics, author of "Think Slowly...Decide Fast" Amos Tversky American Psychological Association Award winner, fellow of the MacArthur Foundation. Their collaboration began in the 1960s in Israel, when both were teaching at the Hebrew University. But few believed in their union - so they were different .. Kahneman is rather closed and self-critical. Tversky liked to be in the spotlight and was able to communicate on an equal footing with scientists from different fields of science. Nevertheless, their tandem proved to be extraordinarily fruitful: they became the founders of behavioral economics, and the results of their research had an impact on many areas of our lives - from medicine and public administration to finance and sports. Kahneman and Tversky helped not only to shape the world in which we now live, but also to forever change the perception of humanity about its own mind.
