Time of perestroika. A secret rocket and space firm is deprived of regular budget funding and, in order to survive, is forced to sell the services of space flights and experiments in space. In perestroika, the usual limitations have been replaced by unthinkable possibilities. Previously, the latter were the first, non-travelers joined in international cooperation with the French and operate previously prohibited methods. Old cadres of specialists are not able to rebuild . They are the bearers of knowledge, but they do not accept the new conduct of affairs ..
