Pyotr Alexandrovich Kile is a rather strange and ambiguous figure in the literary life of Russia in the last third of the twentieth and first decades of the twenty-first century. Born in 1936, he entered literature in the late 60s as an unnoticed poet, and in the 1970s as a noted critic of prose. In Soviet times, he published several author's collections of small prose .. We have before us a rather typical variant for modern literature , when an author who is not published in a rush hour (so that readers of his former things enter the date of his death in search queries) "no longer writing" actually works very intensively and fruitfully but all its activities take place in a virtual space.
