"Dictionary of ordinary interpretations of political terms" (SOTPT) summarizes the results of the mass experiment. The experiment and further lexicographic processing of the material were considered by the authors of the dictionary as monitoring, preparing the creation of a special type of dictionary. This determined the use of the word “experience” in the subtitle of the book, emphasizing the monitoring nature of its creation. The material was collected through a written experiment. In total, 50 lexemes were involved in the experiment, representing the political vocabulary of the Russian language of different types: national and special, abstract and more specific. The experiment involved about 3 thousand subjects of different social groups and ages, about 50 thousand reactions were processed. The dictionary is intended for linguists-researchers and lexicographers, graduate students, students and teachers of Russian language and literature, psychologists, culturologists, political scientists, sociologists .
