Of these, the following were included in the previous collections of the writer's works: "Three", "Song of the Petrel", "Villains", "Man", "Prison", "The Tale of Philip Vasilievich", "Girl", "A. P. Chekhov", "Bukoemov, Karp Ivanovich" . These works have been repeatedly edited by M. Bitter. They were last edited by the writer when preparing a collection of essays in the edition of The Book, 1923-1927. The remaining sixteen works of the fifth volume are included in the collection of works for the first time. With few exceptions, these works published in newspapers, magazines, collections, illegal revolutionary publications of the 900s, M. Bitter has not re-edited. Unfinished M.
