Roni Sr. with his “Fight for Fire”, Maurice Renard, Gerard Klein... Who else? But there is a name in French fiction that our domestic reader knows for sure it’s Francis Karsak . The novel “Robinsons of Space”, translated and published in our country in the early 1960s, immediately brought Karsak to one of the leading places in the rating of sympathy of Russian readers. A universal catastrophe, a piece of the planet breaks away from the Earth, and the people living on it find themselves millions of kilometers from home, in a world that needs to be mastered and conquered.
