The action of the fantastic action film by the American writer L. Maddock is set in the distant future. Two cosmic super-civilizations — the Malik Empire and the Galactic Federation — are waging a long war against each other. The first of them sends mercenaries on time machines to the past of different planets, including Earth, in order to change their history at will; the second, with the help of a special organization TERRA, tries to prevent the machinations of the Empire.
