Historical and philological collection “And Time and Place” is published on the sixtieth anniversary of Professor of the University of California (Los Angeles) Alexander Lvovich Ospovat . Articles of friends, colleagues and students of the anniversary are devoted to scientific subjects, inspired and constructively developed by A. L.
