This volume contains stories and feuilletons written by Bulgakov in the 20s and first published in periodicals. In short, often made by "social order" of Rabkor correspondence, the hand of a mature master of prose is felt. In such early stories as "No. 13 House of Elpit-Rabkommun", "Khansky Fire" and "Nalet", there is an obvious connection with later productions. In this volume, for the first time, the most complete collection of Bulgakov's stories and feuilletons is presented, and, as a rule, the original text without banknotes is used.
