The twenty-first volume of the proposed almanac presents the fourth block of articles of Russian and foreign participants of the VI International Scientific Forum "Dialogue of Arts and Art Paradigm" ("SCIENCEFORUM PAN-ART") , which was held on January 28, 2020 by the Center for Integrated Art Studies of the Saratov State Conservatory named after L. In. Sobinov and was dedicated to the culture of the "silver age" .
