The nineteenth volume of the proposed almanac presents the second block of articles by Russian and foreign participants of the VI International Scientific Forum “Dialogue of Arts and Art Paradigm” (“SCIENCEFORUM PAN-ART VI”) , which was held on January 28, 2021 by the Center for Integrated Art Studies of the Saratov State Conservatory named after L.
