There are long-known books about "Tibetan pearls" - K. Kilham and P. Keldera . As it turned out, they are similar, but not quite .. Because P. Levin gave in his book not a primitive exposition of physical exercises, as Kelder, and not Kilham's own version of yoga, but a really well-founded system of energy renewal of the body and spirit, obtained, it seems, really at first hand. However, you can now compare these texts for yourself .. Indeed, there can be no real Eastern healing system without a philosophical and meditative component. All attempts to use wushu, qigong, taiji, yoga as advanced, but ordinary gymnastics only discredit them in the eyes of a Western man who is promised superpowers and super-health, but in fact does not give anything like this. Meanwhile, focusing on the internal sensations of energy in the body and the mandatory use of breathing to control it is the basis of the Eastern health systems. Moreover, even in the West have long realized that even normal strength training can not be carried out with thoughts wandering around where and a frivolous attitude to breathing - at best there will be half the effect, at worst - an injury or even a thoroughly undermined health. Tibetan pearls are so good that they can significantly improve health and improve the energy of the body even with mechanical, thoughtless execution. What to say about the real complex (and it, as it turns out, consists of seven "pearls"), which is primarily based on meditation and the feeling of energy flows Many, barely hearing the words "energy" and "meditation", spit and throw the book aside. But in the case of Tibetan gymnastics, you still need to remember that nothing stupid is not offered to you - in principle, nothing more than to focus on performing exercises and breathing correctly, and "energetic" sensations, if they are not there yet, will come themselves and you should not strain on this occasion. And in addition, the "Pearls" are still very simple to perform and require so little time unlike any other Eastern practices (with incomparably greater efficiency and safety) that it is a sin not to try to master them - especially when health is on the wane. The results are more than serious, and I would like to believe that this is the case .. Of course, like any "sane" person, I am skeptical about the idea of physical immortality - and I do not see any sense in it at all - but the idea of rejuvenation, or at least the achievement of perfect health, is very tempting. Much depends on motivation - and faith. The fact that the personal picture of the world of other people allows them to work real miracles from the philistine point of view is not a secret for a long time (remember even the “New Testament”). And moving along the path of self-healing and rejuvenation in itself can affect our view of things. So - will act as a catalyst for further success - disaster is the beginning! What's good in the book - the author shows, what difficulties and problems of psychological and physical order may arise in mastering this system of exercises and why Such difficulties can quickly cool anyone who is not ready for them, but who knows is armed. In the end, normal charging can cause muscle pain in a frail, unaccustomed person. The renewal of the whole organism and the reversal of the aging process simply cannot take place without certain crisis moments, and this should be treated calmly. There is also, so to speak, the shadow side of the book - seminars in Moscow, the author (seminars, not books) advertises, assuring that not everything in the book (of course!) and he personally will provide the seminar participants with some "keys" and connect to some areas there .. Well, business is business, because such an advertising move is practiced in all seminars of an esoteric nature, from Shimoron to Zhong-yuan-qigong, otherwise where to dial so many people to buy goods? It is clear that some trump cards should be hidden in the sleeve of the Master . But - having experienced the dignity of the former "five pearls", I have no doubt that supplemented and modified to "seven", even without magic "keys", they will in any case be an order of magnitude more effective.
