The dictionary consists of three main sections: 1) commented Latin-language aphorisms, which are an integral component of the cultural arsenal of educated people, as well as figurative words and expressions of ancient origin found in literature in Russian and Belarusian writing. Dictionary of Phraseology in Medicine and Medical Phraseological Terms ; 3) brief cultural information that acquaints the reader with the names of Greek and Roman gods and muses, ancient sages, wonders of the world, as well as Latin wishes, toasts and abbreviations. Presents a name index containing information about the authors of the sayings and historical figures. Proposed Russian alphabetical index.
