The guide pays great attention to the quality of information resources on culture, digitization of cultural heritage and providing access to it, determining the needs of users. Within the framework of the Minerva project and the UNESCO Information for All Programme, a prototype website for small and medium-sized museums was developed . This document reviews the ten quality principles adopted by the Minerva project. The guide will be useful to specialists of libraries, museums, archives dealing with the digitization of cultural and scientific heritage and providing access to it.
