The monograph conducts a general theoretical analysis of the problems of the concept, content and state-legal provision of economic security of modern Russia . Along with the protection of economic interests, another direction of ensuring economic security is proposed and justified - the implementation of the economic interests of the state. On the basis of legal and economic theory, taking into account legal practice, statistics and foreign experience, proposals and recommendations have been developed to improve the mechanism for ensuring Russia's economic security. The issues of ensuring the economic security of the state upon accession to the WTO are separately investigated.
