The results of the quantitative stage of the study and proposals aimed at improving the quality of transport services on rail intercity transport in Moscow are presented . According to the results of the research, the results are presented: quantitative and qualitative studies of passenger satisfaction of the Moscow Metro, the MCC and railway transport . The results of the study can be useful to the city authorities of Moscow, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the provision of transport services for passengers by rail in intra-city transportation. VNIR was attended by 30 employees of the marketing department of FSBEI HE “REU . G. In. Plekhanova» and 110 students of the Faculty of Marketing . The publication is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the creation of the first Russian department of marketing and its founder Professor Boris Alexandrovich Solovyov .
