The collection contains diagrams recommended by the US National Bureau of Standards for use in radio equipment. These schemes include voltage stabilizers, detectors, limiters, multivibrators, blocking generators, etc. The recommended schemes are selected on the basis of a broad study of typical schemes found in military and communications radio equipment with good performance, tested for 10 years. The use of such schemes in the equipment under development can bring savings in design, manufacture, production and operation, as well as a positive effect on improving reliability. The first part of the collection contains recommended schemes indicating the types of lamps and the values of the parts used in the second part describes the method of development and selection of recommended schemes.
