The article shows that living matter can be based on a metric built on the basis of a hydrogen atom .. A mathematical expression of the metric is given, explaining the presence of a golden proportion in objects of living nature. It is suggested that some principles of the nervous system and brain can be based on the mathematical metric of the hydrogen atom. The topic of biocomputers and their "software compatibility" with real wildlife objects is touched upon. The value of metrics in the structure of living matter is noted for solving recognition problems at the atomic level.
