The main technological solutions have been developed for the pilot industrial plant (OPU) for the production of synthetic hydrocarbons from natural gas according to a 3-stage scheme, including: production of synthesis gas, synthesis of a wide fraction of hydrocarbons (CFS), isolation and purification of cerezine . To obtain synthesis gas, the use of the method of partial oxidation of methane (natural gas) by air is justified. For the synthesis of SFCs, the area of stable operation of tubular reactors on a cobalt catalyst using diluted synthesis gas is determined: t 230 C, P 2.0 MPa, OSG 1500 h-1. Selection of target products of synthesis, including cerezine 100, is carried out by step fractionation at atmospheric and reduced (up to 10 mm Hg. st. ) pressures, t 360 C. The proposed solutions provide flexibility and reliability of the OPU operation, the ability to work out operating modes in a wide range of technological parameters.
