In publishing this book, I meant: 1) not to miss a single interpretation of the law, however special and exclusive it may be. 2) to present these interpretations as concisely and accurately as possible, so as not to make it difficult to refer to them during the judicial debate ; 3) do not allow themselves bold generalizations about the case to be considered by the Cassation Department ; 3) avoiding repetitions, do not lose sight of the same solutions, which, although in the main and repeat the old, but in particulars can serve as a complement to it.
