The monograph is devoted to the author's criminological study of the problem of criminal appropriation of rights to own and manage enterprises and organizations (received the name of raiding), as well as corporate blackmail (received the name "greenmail"). The concept, structure, dynamics, historical prerequisites for the emergence and development, criminal consequences of raiding, current legal and organizational and practical measures to counter this phenomenon are analyzed. An attempt has been made to comprehensively study the problem of ensuring the protection of corporate relations from the standpoint of economics, politics, positive law. The foreign experience of counteraction to criminal appropriation of rights to own and manage enterprises and organizations is generalized and analyzed , appropriate conclusions about the possibility and feasibility of using such experience in the Russian practice of combating this socially dangerous phenomenon are formulated.
