In the scientific and practical manual, the concept of corporate relations, problems of a conceptual nature relating to the theoretical and legal basis for building a system for protecting the rights of shareholders . are investigated. Special attention is paid to the study of modern criminal threats in the field of corporate relations. The actual legal and organizational-practical measures of counteraction to these phenomena are analyzed, taking into account the protective and regulatory capabilities of both civilistic branches of law and the law of branches of the criminal cycle. The possibilities of business owners to counter these criminal threats are considered, relevant practical recommendations are formulated. The problem of ensuring the protection of corporate relations from the standpoint of economics, politics, positive and administrative law, the law of the criminal cycle . Foreign experience of legislative regulation of corporate relations and counteraction to modern criminal threats in this sphere has been studied, proposals on the use of such experience in domestic law-making and law-enforcement practice have been formulated.
