Chapters I and III-VII of the first part of the book are devoted to the organization of a mathematical circle, extracurricular reading, mathematical excursions, evenings, olympiads, wall newspapers, etc. Methodological considerations are illustrated by examples. Chapter II provides an overview of the various topics that can be used for classroom activities in VX classes. The authors gave preference to the topics tested by them in mathematical circles .. On many topics, approximate plans, separate methodological comments and literature are given. A list of books and articles to which bibliographic references are made is placed at the end of the book. The second part of the book contains materials that the teacher can use to prepare classes of a mathematical circle or recommend students for independent work.
