The method of controlling an asynchronous electric drive using the stabilization of the EMF of the engine finds application in the frequency control of the engine speed , effected through two control channels - voltage and frequency , and is also offered when adjusting the speed by changing the voltage supply on the stator at a constant frequency. At the same time, the determination of the characteristics of the drive during the stabilization of the EMF, allowing to sufficiently identify its electromechanical and energy properties and the appropriate scope of application, is difficult with the help of the existing theory of asynchronous electric drive .. This possibility opens up with the combination of the developed Sakae Yamamura method of drawing up the equations of the electric equilibrium of an asynchronous electric machine with the corrected equation of mechanical equilibrium and a new system of relative quantities. which allows you to set simpler and stricter operating characteristics of an asynchronous electric drive with frequency control of the engine , and also provides clarification of the characteristics of such a drive when regulating the voltage with a constant frequency.
