Professor Azarevich in an article by Rudolf von Hiering in the Journal of Civil and Criminal Law (1882, N9. 79-122) Professor Azarevich in an article by Rudolf von Hiering, placed in the Journal of Civil and Criminal Law (1882, No. 9) subjected the German scientist to strict and undoubtedly biased criticism . Despite the noise produced by each book of Jering, to the worship of them by Russian scientists, g. Azarevich denies him the right to be called the founder of any new method (p. ;81), consider him a follower of the old school of natural law (p. 82). According to G. Azarevich, Jering approaches not so much Rousseau, with whom he is compared by Felix Dane, as with Proudhon, the unusually high-profile career of both writers is mainly due to the enormous dialectical power of the mind (p. 121), in which Hegel's influence is exerted (p. 83), but possession of dialectics leads them to paradoxes, even if expressed in a brilliant form.
