Moscow: Military Publishing House, 2001. - 104 s. The experience of armed conflicts in recent decades shows that in determining the sequence of defeat of the enemy, priority was given primarily to strikes and fire. In turn, their effectiveness depended on the ability of combined arms commanders to organize and manage regular, dowry and supporting firepower, as well as to use the results of fire and strikes. These Guidelines outline the basics of military topography, Detailed Intelligence , How to fire , Setting fire tasks , Targeting and monitoring of fire and impact , as well as a minimum of these questions, knowledge of which will allow combined arms commanders to maximize the combat capabilities of regular , attached and supporting fire-fighting equipment. A number of provisions of the recommendations have already been successfully tested in the course of hostilities (including the Interior Ministry), as well as during the exercises of 1996-1999.
