Calculation of residual voltages in the nodes of the power supply network and determination of the stability of the electrical load when starting powerful electric motors is mandatory when designing the power supply network of an oil field facility. The immediate result of this calculation - a table of residual stresses at the points of the projected network at the start of the most powerful engine - serves as one of the main documents of the electrical part of the project and indicates the dynamic stability of the electrical system.
